Advanced Plastic Industries
is a manufacturer of polypropylene (PP-RCT)
pipes and fittings. Our production is in conformity with the
international recognized standards DIN 8077/8078 and EN-ISO
15874
Class 2 pipes:
this class withholds 10 bars at 70oC and
is used for cold and hot water applications. The production
range is from 20mm. to 160mm.
Class 5 pipes:
this class is used for high temperature radiators applications.
The production range is from 20mm to 75mm. however, sizes from
90mm. to 160 mm. is manufactured in substantial quantities upon
request.
Nevertheless, all the fittings produced are rated “Class 5” and
technically designed in a way to withhold high temperatures and
pressures where the brass insert – CW617 alloy – have 30° angles
in order to prevent the pull out risk in case of excess of heat
and pressure. In addition to the aforementioned, the existence
of teeth shaped elements to prevent the rotational risks to
torque force.
During the past years, and in response to
the demand for high quality piping products,

has steadily grown into a solid regional company. Our main goal

has obtained the German SKZ Certificate for testing and
inspection of pressure pipes, group 1 and group2, and pipes made
of polypropylene PP-RCT. Along with the SKZ certificate,
API
has also acquired the German TZW Certificate.
API

long life, resistance to corrosion, resistance to frost,
resistance to chemicals, taste and odor neutral, high acoustic
insulation, high thermal insulation, low level of pressure loss,

excellent weld ability, down to the quick and safe installation.
Based on the preceding data as well as the
high quality manufacturing caliber, we,

- 50 years against faulty material.
- 15 years against faulty installation.
- Scope of guarantee: against all material damages and personal
injuries caused by defective (Apitherm®) pipes and/or fittings
up to the maximum amount of U.S. $ 150’000
