ApiEco® Warranty
Advanced Plastic Industries (API) guarantees that ApiEco® pipes and fittings are manufactured exclusively from 100% genuine, virgin PP-R granules.
API guarantees its ApiEco® polypropylene pipe system for a period of 25 years against faulty material (workmanship excluded), effective only after the API inspection form has been duly completed and signed by the distributor, agent, or plumber.
All material damages and personal injuries resulting from defective ApiEco® pipes and/or fittings are covered up to a maximum amount of USD 75,000.00.
Warranty is valid only if:
•API’s installation and welding instructions have been strictly followed.
•Proof is provided that only genuine ApiEco® products, or products approved and supplied by API, have been used.
•Written notification is submitted to API within 3 working days of fault discovery.
Warranty is void in cases of:
•Damage caused by accident, fire, flood, or other natural occurrences.
•Product failure resulting from misuse, improper hand ling, or application beyond the intended purpose.
•Operating conditions that differ from those advised and approved by API.
•Systems operating at continuous working temperatures exceeding 65°C.
•Incidental defects were identified during installation, but not immediately reported to API.
•Goods purchased from sources other than an API-appointed distributor.
