ApiTherm® Export Market Warranty
API guarantees that ApiTherm® pipes and fittings are manufactured exclusively from 100% genuine, virgin PP-RCT granules.
API guarantees its polypropylene pipe system ApiTherm® for 15 years against faulty material, effective only after the installation is complete, the system has been monitored, and has passed the required pressure tests.
All material damages and personal injuries resulting from defective ApiTherm® pipes and/or fittings are covered up to a maximum amount of USD 150,000.00.
Warranty is valid only if:
•API’s installation and welding instructions have been strictly followed
•Proof is provided that only genuine ApiTherm® products, or products approved & supplied by API, are used
•Written notification is submitted to API within 14 days of fault discovery
Warranty is void in cases of:
•Damage caused by accident, fire, flood or force majeure
•Product failure resulting from misuse beyond intended purpose
•Operating conditions that differ from those advised and approved by API
•If incidental defects were identified during installation but not immediately reported to API
• Installation with third-party components—only ApiTherm® parts are covered in such cases
